First released in 2005 by Fox, the series follows Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) on a daring mission: breaking into prison to save his brother, Lincoln Burrows (Dominic Purcell), who was wrongly sentenced to death.
After wrapping up the story in 2009 and unexpectedly returning for a fifth season in 2017 to mixed reviews, many believed that Scofield’s journey had officially come to an end.
